- Friday – Gates open at 5:00 pm. The fest closes at midnight.
- Saturday – Gates open at 4:30 pm. The fest closes at midnight.
How can I purchase tickets?

If I purchased in advance where do I pick them up?
Advance Tickets/Passes must be picked up at the Will Call table at the West Gate (under the South Arch of the Purple People Bridge) – see map for details. They will not be available/redeemable at the Main Gate.
If I won tickets in advance where do I pick them up?
If you are a winner of Fest tickets from one of the radio or web contests from WNKU, WOFX, or CityBeat, please go to the VIP Check-in table (near the West Gate, under the South Arch of the Purple People Bridge), as indicated on the printable map/schedule. You will not be able to enter through any other gate.
What I am allow to bring or not bring to Sawyer Point?
No coolers, bikes, pets, or umbrellas are allowed in Sawyer Point.
You’re welcome to bring your own folding chairs and blankets.
There is some seating available on a first-come first-served basis at the Arches Stage, or at the Main Stage if you have purchased VIP tickets in advance.

Is Sawyer Point handicap accessible?
Yes, Sawyer Point is an ADA compliant venue. You’ll need to provide your own wheel chair or scooter.
Is there food available?
Food will available for purchase from a variety of vendors. The prices will vary according to the vendor. The vendor locations are marked on the Fest Map. Vendors take cash.
What drinks are available and the cost?
Drinks are available at several locations marked on the Fest Map. You will need to purchase beverage tickets first in order to purchase alcoholic drinks. There are several locations for ticket booths, marked on the Fest Map.

When do beer, wine and spirit sales end?
Due to park rules, beer, wine and spirit ticket sales end one and half hours before the festival closes (10:30 PM).

Will there be commemorative festival merchandise available?
Yes, Fest t-shirts will be available at the two merchandise booths for $30. There are two locations, one near the Arches Stage and one on the Promenade. You can also view the Fest Map for their locations.
Will I be able to meet festival performers and purchase their CDs?
Yes, artists will be available to greet their fans immediately after their performance, as well as having their CDs available for purchase. For the Main Stage go to the Artist Merchandise booth on the Promenade. For the Arches Stage, go to the Artist Merchandise booth next to the stage. You can also view the Fest Map for their locations.
Are there ATMs available at the festival?
Yes, two ATMs are available – they’re located next to the Merchandise booths on the Promenade and near the Arches Stage. You can also view the Fest Map for the locations.
